Pastoral Counseling
Pastoral counselors use their gifts to counsel because they want people to grow in greater maturity in Christ. The foundation of how we do this is by helping each of our clients understand how God created them, by using the Arno Profile System.
The APS identifies a person’s inborn temperament. Psalm 139 speaks of it as our “inmost being”. Who God created us to be (temperament) and who we become (personality) through learned behavior, can be vastly different, and from that comes great personal conflict. By doing the APS, we learn to operate out of the temperament strengths God has given us, how to purse God more, and overcome our temperament weaknesses.
We'd like to help your church staff, teams, and members, by helping them see how God is present even in the midst of the most difficult of situations and ways they can deepen their relationship with the Lord in the process. Here are some packages we provide to help you as you lead your flock.

Staff/Member Counseling: These hours would be allotted to your church every month. (Some churches who utilize this service, include it as a part of the benefit package for their staff members.)
Please be advised, the hours do not roll over or accumulate. A report would be submitted monthly, so you can evaluate if the package you've chosen works well for your church.
